The is a larger version of the 2860 047.  Same floor plan, it just has larger room sizes and different closets in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Virtual Tours

There are 3 Virtual tours below. 

The first VT is a 60' Woodward that we added 2 ft. to the pantry and 2 ft to the utility room.  On the other side of the home, we added 4 ft to the living room  It has an ultimate kitchen and a Serenity shower.

The 2nd VT is a 60 ft. Woodward.  The 64' would be have larger room sizes.  You can compare the plans to see where the extra space is.  

The 3rd VT is a 68' home.  We added 8 ft to the 60 ft. home.  We moved the master bedroom to the rear of the home so they could put a patio door in the master bedroom.  This way they could build a large deck between the dining room and the master bedroom.  We added  2 feet to the pantry and 6 feet to the laundry room.  On the other half of the home we added 4 ft to bedroom 2, 2 ft to the living room and 2 to the master bathroom.
