This is for the folks that want visibility out the end. This is the smallest home that I have a utility room that I can put a utility sink in.
We think that we can turn the kitchen 45 Degrees. That would have the kitchen on the side wall and the bathroom wall. It would eliminate the pantry. That would have visibility out the whole end of the home and not just the living room. That would be an interesting change to this home. That was done with Virtual tour 1.
A two bedroom plan is available. It is in the floor plans below. It eliminates bedroom 3. It makes the Primary bedroom and living room larger. There are 2 configurations. There is no charge for a 2 bedroom plan. instead of the 3 bedroom.

Virtual Tour
We have 2 virtual tours. Both had revisions made to the stock floor plans. The first one flipped the home side to side. The view they wanted was with the home flipped side to side (called Mirror plan). The second one had the kitchen flipped from the outside wall to the inside wall creating a lot more visibility out the end of the home.
