This is a similar plan to the Keswick. The Keswick as a retreat off the primary bedroom. This has a sitting area (nursery, office, sewing room, etc.) off the primary bedroom with an extra closet. You could make a pantry out the the extra closet with an entrance either from the kitchen similar to a Woodward pantry. What you would do with that area is dependent on what bathroom you choose.

One difference from the Keswick is the utility room. The utility room is more narrow. It makes the kitchen and family room a little larger.

The home has a lot of counter space in the kitchen. It is shown in the virtual with a mini picture window.

The home is priced with the Ultimate kitchen with the serenity bath which are not shown in the virtual tour.
