This is kind of neat plan. Everything faces the front. I could see a senior who lives by themself choosing this plan. Visibility can be key when you live by yourself. They want to see what is going on in the world. I could see it going for a lake cabin in some circumstances. This would be desirable when there is a lot of trees behind the home like in a farm yard.

This has quote a bit of counter space. You can add more also.

There is a Summit Kitchen offered on this home. This is a very special kitchen. Summit kitchen is the only kitchen that offers granite counter tops. It is an excellent kitchen option. Drywall is required. There are a couple of other kitchen options also. They are located on the 2nd page of the printable floor plans.

There is a serenity shower option. That is wonderful.
