Wow, is this a great floor plan. The kitchen is unbelievable. I don't think that I have ever had a kitchen with more cabinets. The home has an optional master bedroom that takes part of the great room for a the master walk in closet. It creates a foyer and makes the master bath much larger. I love it.

The family room is not much more than a TV room or a 5th bedroom. You can keep it as a family room now. If the need for a 5th bedroom ever shows it self, it would be very easy to make the 5th Bedroom. It is great as a kids room, office, etc.

Frankly, I did not see the factory virtual tour until now since the virtual tour was done as a modular home. That has a different model number than the Henderson. It came out a year ago. I did not have any time to put it on the internet. I regret that. This is a wonderful home.

I ordered this home for stock. It will be here the middle of June. I priced it similar to the stock unit. The stock unit will be a little more as I don't put on any exterior options. Optional colors, lineals (white trim IPO Shutters) around the windows, dormer, etc. None of the homes are priced with exterior options. You cannot see them on virtual tours. If you are interested in this home, I can make a few changes if you don't like what I chose. The is not priced like the virtual tour. Probably the only one that is not. It is price with the options that I put in my stock home.

Virtual Tour

Very Important. There are 2 virtual tours for the Henderson. The purpose of the virtual tours is to show the floor plan not to show how "pretty" it is. The first VT is a 68' Henderson. It is a modular home not a manufactured home. It is beyond my scope to explain the differences. Nothing is different about the floor plan though. The kitchen and baths are the same. The styling can be the same if you order the same options. the second one is a model that we set up. As you can see, it is not finished. The customer had ordered some furniture that needed to be delivered to the home. We did the VT before the home was done. We had to do it earlier than we wanted. It is the Henderson 76. You will notice the family room and the bedrooms. These should give you some idea of floor plan and style.
