This home is one of the most open floor plans that we have. The bedrooms are large sized. Bedroom 2 goes the full width of the home. Some homes put the bath in the corner. People who like this plan also like the separate laundry room.

There are 2 kitchen options. One is the standard floor plan, the other has an angle kitchen with an island. 

The optional angle kitchen is wonderful if you don't need a large dining area. It is meant for bar stools at the island for eating. There is room for a drop leaf dining table. The angle kitchen gives it a lot of style. Separate utility room is nice. The optional kitchen is a $995 option.
