Finally Dutch has a decent 14 x 70 3 bedroom 2 bath plan. The one they had before was horrible. We didn't even put it on our website.

It is probably best suited for the 2 bedroom option.

They make this model in a 70 and a76 foot home. If I was looking 3 bedroom, I would probably go for one of the 2 bigger homes. We think your happiness is more predictable with the other 2 plans if you are looking 3 bedroom.
