Available in all homes. (Drywall only) 

The Ultimate Kitchen II is available mostly in Medium and large homes. 

Below is what is included in the Ultimate Kitchen 2 package.  Most people who have looked at it, want it.  It truly is an Ultimate Kitchen. 

The picture gallery has what each item is that is included in the package. 

There are actually 4 packages to choose from: 

  • choose either gas or electric oven.
  • choose Refrigerator Package 1 has a 26 CF French door Refrigerator w/ice & water.  Package 2 has a side by side refrigerator with water and ice.  
The items that are in Uk2 and not Uk3 will be highlighted in Red.

  • Built in Stainless Steel microwave with Slim trim kit

  • Convenience Cabinet (small appliance garage) with an outlet 
  • 2 Pot and pan drawers. 
  • Up to 4 Beaded glass overhead doors
  • Decorative Shelf (as per print)
  • Overhead and bottom stile trim
  • Stile trim at the Kitchen window
  • Lined overhead cabinets with adjustable shelves
  • Brushed Nickel Cabinet Hardware- 6" and 10" handles
  • Drawers over doors.  (A drawer on top of each base cabinet door.)
