Smaller than 16 x 80 Homes

Generally, most people who look into the smaller single section homes want to either keep the price down or they have a space limitation.  The price list will be focused on the lower prices.

We tried to keep it simple.  We did not price it with drywall in the smaller single section homes.  We put a good appliance package in the home.  We also did not leave off anything that is structural (insulation, good doors, upgrade lino).  These are things that we would never suggest leaving off the home.  There are a few things on some of the homes like patio doors, etc.  We tried to design it the way most of the people would build the home.

We did price the homes with a virtual tour with the options that were displayed in the virtual tour.

Many dealers advertise a low price that is the base price. Each home has a price list with the home. It is an effort to help you understand the pricing of a home. You will see what is standard and what an option is. Everything on the price list is an upgrade on the standard home. What options you choose for your situation, is up to you. We can do just about anything to a home. We can make it longer; flip it side to side or end to end. Dutch offers just about every option that you can think of. Their option list is 7 pages long 2 columns wide. There is no way that we would put every option on the price sheet. Your eyes would glaze over. It is hard enough with just the most popular options.

These are not the only floor plans in a smaller home. If you have a floor plan from another manufacturer, we can price it for you. There are smaller floor plans if you need smaller. We can do it. We can do just about anything that you want.
