I could see this home as a possibility for a 2 master bedroom home.  Bedroom 4 could easily be made into a 2nd master bath.  That would make the home a 3 bedroom.  Some folks have wanted two master bedrooms to accommodate an elderly parent or a child that wants a large bath., or a sibling.  This would make the home a 3 bath home.  

What I look for in a home is how to differentiate a home from other homes to make the right home for your needs.  Many homes would not accommodate 2 master baths.
