There are two models shown in the virtual tours below. One is showing two porches. The 2nd displays a separate utility room at the end of the home. Both are interesting. I don't have a floor plan for the home with the utility room. I think that you can understand it though.
The first virtual tour has 2 porches on it. It is standard with one porch but the virtual tour has the optional porch on the other end also.
If you don't want either porch, we can remove the optional one and use the other one for another function.
I have never seen a home with 2 porches on the home. It is truly unique.
The 2nd Virtual tour. takes away my major objection about the home. The washer dryer in the dining room. I will be looking at this closer this winter.

Virtual Tour
The first Virtual tour is the actual floor plan. The second Virtual tour is a changed floor plan. They added some feet to the home. They moved the sink from the peninsula to the outside wall. They moved the range to the center wall, created a dining room, and turned the nook into a utility room.
