This home is "loaded". I don't usually target a certain type of person for this home. This is a perfect home for a senior. It is only a 2 bedroom. The home was designed as a 3 bedroom. They had the factory make it into a 2 bedroom instead of 3. The pictures do not really capture the size of bedroom 2. The home is handicapped friendly. All the doors are 36" doors, etc. This is truly a wonderful home.
I am going to speak to value for moment. A new home like this would be over $180,000 just for the home. A new single wide is over $100,000. This is better than both of them. The home itself is better than a new home, it doesn't count all the extras (carport, room addition, etc) that have been added.
