This is a smaller version of the 1680 203. the 1680 203 is by far Dutch's best selling single wide home. It is the best value for a single section home that Dutch's sells. Last year 1680 203 was over 50% of the single wide production. .
You can also make it bigger if you want—you can add feet in 4' increments. You can put the 4' anywhere you want. A lot of people add windows to the front end also. Some have taken the window on the back side and moved it across the living room for a double window on the front door side. This would give you a wall without windows for furniture placement, TV and a place for pictures.
