Cannot be moved? What do I mean that a home cannot be moved? I am not saying that the home is not able to be moved. The seller of the home is a park. They want to keep the home in their park. That is not to say that a person can never move it. I just cannot sell it to someone who is moving it to their location right away. If the person moves into the home and decides that they want to move it somewhere else, I nor the park has any control over that. I just cannot sell a home to someone that I know is going to be moving the home. For example, I get a call from someone who wants a home in Thief River Falls, MN. I cannot show them a home that cannot be moved because I know that they are moving it. If the person moves into the home and decides that they want it in Thief River Falls, I nor the park have any control over that. They can move it, they own it. I cannot participate in a sham where someone "moves into" the home just to be able to buy the home and then moves it.
